Whenever employers visit the site they should check the work with the following aspects.
- How much work has done against the planned schedule?
- Weather work complies with the required quality that is in the technical specification.
- Where labor/ staff is actually working on-site to have work completed on time.
- Does the contractor have all the necessary equipment and construction material according to specifications?
- Have all safety and health necessities been implemented?
